Linux network tuning

Hi all

I got the impression that the
/proc/sys/net/core/netdev_max_backlog holds the maximum
number of buffers for use with receiving network data if the
CPU don't have time to process it.

Where can I find the _current_ netdev backlog?

Please CC: any answer to me as I'm not on the list

Roy
