2.4.0-test5 oops (NMI Watchdog) in tcp_v4_lookup

Hi,

The following oops happened on my SMP machine, during a rebuild of a RAID
partition and a kernel-build (not on a RAID partition). The machine has 2
RTL8139 NIC's, but was doing no serious networking at the time (only 2 ssh
sessions). I hope this is enough info for someone to shout "bananas...."

Greetings,
   Arjan van de Ven
