Looks good. I'd name them VIA_APOLLO_KX133 and KT133, and in the string I'd
put "VIA Apollo KX-133" as the official name rather than Kx133.
Other than that I can see it's a pretty good patch. You can also use -u as an
option for a unified diff, which is the standard for patching.
