[PATCH] 2.4.0-test13pre4ac2 fix net/irda/irnet/Config.in: 1: bad if condition

I get the following error with 2.4.0-test13-pre4-ac2:

[root@localhost linux-2.4.0-test13-pre4-ac2]# make xconfig
