2 oopses w/ 2.4.9

These two oopses happened about 5 seconds apart (and are obviously
VM related). The kernel is stock 2.4.9, with the only change being
the lvm stuff replaced w/ lvm-1.0.1rc2, The compiler used was the
one that came w/ rh7.1 (I don't know what the verdict is on its
suitability for kernel compilation, I'd forgotten to upgrade to -85
before compiled). Box info:
