Find new affix release Affix-0_91 on

Version 0.91 [07.02.2002]
- added /etc/modutuls/affix to automate modules load
- RFCOMM moved to separated module
- added PAN profile
- modules names changes -->> check README (modify /etc/pcmcia/config)
