[Patch] #define foo(a) do { ... } while; typo fix for 2.4.18-pre9-ac1

From: Timothy Ball (timball@tux.org)
Date: Tue Feb 12 2002 - 19:21:15 EST

Here is a patch for 2.4.18-pre9-ac1 that fixes the small do { ... }
while(0); typo that may make some macros incorrectly parse. I've sent
individual emails to several authors already and they have accepted it.
But for completeness sake please apply this.

Some more of these meanies seemed to have snuck in, and I'm guess it
has to do w/ some vm code... but anyways here's the fix.
