Find new affix release Affix-0_94 on

Version 0.94 [01.03.2002]
- [changes] /etc/bluetooth -> /etc/affix
- [changes] scripts names in /etc/pcmcia
needs to update /etc/pcmcia/config
consult README
- [new] commands: addpin (sinonym for pincode), rmpin, unbond, pkt_type
