[PATCH 2.5.19] fix compilation of drivers/net/tulip/de4x5.c

Hi,

I had to rename the struct bus_type in drivers/net/tulip/de4x5.c to
make it collide. as there is another struct bus_type defined in
include/linux/device.h.
