[PATCH] 2.4.19-pre10 s/Efoo/-Efoo/ drivers/char/rio/*.c UPDATED

Hello All,
        This is an update to a patch I send through on Tuseday.
Again it changes "return ENOMEM" for "return -ENOMEM" (and other errors).

It applies cleanly to 2.4.19-pre10.
