[PATCH] emu10k1 audigy support.

The emu10k1 driver in 2.4.19-rc1 still doesn't support my audigy
card. Here's a patch based on the latest emu10k1 cvs. It seems to
work, but I'm not vouching for it beyond that.

It would be nice if the maintainers of this driver could get audigy
support into the official tree. In the meantime maybe this will be
of use to someone.
