2.5.40 Segfaulting modutils?

I've seen insmod segfault while loading a module in 2.5.40, and
I saw at least one other post today describing a segfault in rmmod.

I'm running Debian/testing with modutils 2.4.19. Don't know what
the other poster is running.

Is this a known problem?
