Linus is definitely going to ignore the majority of this list. The best
most of these patches can hope for is an explicit rejection, rather than a
drop-on-the-floor that might have been because he forgot it or didn't
see it. If this list generates explicit rejections, it will have done
its job.
I didn't exactly sort the list, but I did move some stuff that's more likely
to go in after the freeze to the end.
