[BUG] 2.5.47 Oops on hub disconnect

From: Jochen Friedrich (jochen@scram.de)
Date: Mon Nov 11 2002 - 07:15:28 EST

Hi,

connecting an USB hub caused a message about one device not accepting its
address. Unplugging the hub again caused the following oops then.

Warning: You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will
assume that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running

If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.
