{RFC][PATCH] MCA sysfs conversion

The attached patch (against 2.5.48) represents the initial migration of MCA to
sysfs. What I've done is to keep the old API (in terms of slots), but migrate
the underlying functionality to use sysfs struct devices.

I've kept all the proc functions pretty much the same (except that if there's
no card present, no /proc/mca/slot<n> file is created).

I've also quietly begun implementing support for machines with more than one
MCA bus.

The next patch set will be to add support for a newer MCA API and to migrate
certain drivers to using it.
