where to make suggestions about 2.4.21-pre2?

  having just collected a number of annoyances/bugs regarding
a new config/build of 2.4.21-pre2, where can i send these?
bugzilla.kernel.org only accepts 2.5 bug reports.

  is there, somewhere, a list of already submitted bug reports
for this version? thanks.
