2.5.66mm3/ACPI: lots of 'no IRQ resource found'

I tried booting my new Epox 8K9A3+ board with ACPI on, and while it
didn't crash, it also didn't work.

Small part of dmesg:

FDC 0 is a post-1991 82077
loop: loaded (max 8 devices)
via-rhine.c:v1.10-LK1.1.17 March-1-2003 Written by Donald Becker

pci_link-0502 [23] acpi_pci_link_get_irq : Link disabled
 pci_irq-0256 [22] acpi_pci_irq_lookup : Invalid IRQ link routing entry
 pci_irq-0295 [22] acpi_pci_irq_derive : Unable to derive IRQ for device 00:12.0
ACPI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 00:12.0
eth0: VIA VT6102 Rhine-II at 0xde002000, 00:04:61:02:0e:ea, IRQ 5.
eth0: MII PHY found at address 1, status 0x786d advertising 05e1 Link 45e1.

It says it uses IRQ5, but it didn't - the network was dead.

I've attached a full dmesg of this box with and without acpi, and my
.config with acpi.

Kind regards,
Jurriaan
