DMA is required for a successful compile: (After make clean/make dep)

drivers/ide/idedriver.o(.text+0x28c): In function `init_dma_generic':
: undefined reference to `ide_setup_dma'
drivers/ide/idedriver.o(.text+0x12e36): In function
`ide_hwif_setup_dma':
: undefined reference to `ide_setup_dma'
make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1
Command exited with non-zero status 2
65.30user 3.04system 1:08.42elapsed 99%CPU (0avgtext+0avgdata
0maxresident)k
0inputs+0outputs (134929major+160438minor)pagefaults 0swaps

I know non-DMA IDE is rare, but a compile failure shouldn't be the
result.
