Hi all,

new version of irq handling code consolidation patch (2.5.73).

Changes since previous patch:
    - irq_desc array removed from common irq code;
    - irq_dir, irq_affinity and smp_affinity_entry static
      NR_IRQS sized arrays replaced with corresponding entries
      in the irq_desc_t structure;
    - for_each_irq() arch specific macro introduced.
