On resume, I need to a) close the lid and open it, b) run setfont to clear the garbage off the screen and make the text readable, and c) run kbdrate to reset the keyboard rate.

Problems: USB doesn't work after resuming. After plugging in a USB mouse, all I get is:

drivers/usb/host/uhci-hcd.c: bf80: host system error, PCI problems?
drivers/usb/host/uhci-hcd.c: bf80: host controller halted. very bad

Also, artsd and suspend just don't cooperate well.
