Computone Intelliport II EX and 2.4.22

Anybody knows any compatibility problems with Computone Intelliport II
EX and Kernel 2.4.22?

The drivers loads OK, but when i do a setserial and stty over a terminal
the drivers freeze, and not respond anymore...
