Netfilter rules not working

I was having lots of problems running a 2.6 kernel on my TigerMP dual
processor board (which no one seems to know why, it just keeps freezing
hard), so I changed to kernel 2.4.25. Now, all of my DNAT rules in
iptables do not work. Any ideas why?
