Patch 10/23 - Bitmaps, Cpumasks and Nodemasks

P10.rm_old_cpumask_emul - Remove obsolete cpumask emulation from cpumask.h
Now that the emulation of the obsolete cpumask macros is no
longer needed, remove it from cpumask.h
