Kernel hung on Geode(TM)

Hi,

I am running RedHat kernel 2.4.20-31.9 on Geode 300Mhz processor with 128M
memory, no swap. The system boots itself from flash, root and most of
the stuff are on flash, test system files are over NFS.

I get the kernel to hang it self with no Oops, system no longer seems to
respond anything except sysrq.

I can reproduce the problem, it occurs around 15-17 hours uptime while the
system is running Cerberus Test Control with memory test by calculating
prime numbers, continous MD5 checksumming of the flash, the network
traffic is very light.

CPU temperature is also observed during the tests but it doesn't peak.

Boot time information, PCI bus configuration and SysRq: Show State
included below.

Could somebody give me a hint on this one?
