xruns and preemptive violations in 2.6.8-rc1-mm1

Below are a number of alsa xruns and preemptive violations using the
2.6.8-rc1-mm1 kernel.
The get user pages appear very regular and predictable when using an audio app
the other preemptive violations seem to happen when under heavy audio load.
