PCI: Unable to reserve I/O region

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when trying to load a module for a Smart
Link PCI 56Kps Modem. The manufacturer says to be for the 2.6 kernel. I
compiled it with no errors. When I try to load it, I got below error.
Also, I tryed to compile the AC97 ALSA modem support build in as suggest
in the docs and load it with alsa support (other error, saying about hw:1
could not be found .. I have set the default device to 2 in the
/etc/asound too, but since this is a PCI Modem card, I conclude that with
alsa support it wasn't the case) but did'n work..
