PROBLEM: Disabling IRQ #11 after couple of hours

After I use computer for couple of hours, it suddenly starts lagging and I'm getting message 'Disabling IRQ #11'. Then I have to reset computer. I also get these messages:

Kernel version is 2.6.8-gentoo. I can't give better from /proc/version because I'm running with different (2.4) kernel now.

I have EPOX 8RDA3+ and I have tested using kernel without usb and acpi (which I thought would cause problem) but I still got same errors.
