Suspend2 merge: Reason for the pause.

Hi all.

Just to let anyone who is wondering know why I've taken a pause from
submitting patches. It's because I'm preparing a document describing how
it all works and fits together. That will hopefully help when it comes
to people saying 'Why are you doing that?'
