[PATCH] libata queued updated yet again

Added a couple patches from Bart, and included the patch inline.

The patch is also available at
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/jgarzik/libata/2.6.9-rc4-libata2.patch.bz2
(as soon as the robot gets around to updating, at least)
