memory.c:104: bad pmd c2f21000(00000000000a303a)

Hello all!

I got the message in the subject in dmesg with a 2.4.21 kernel on a
XSeries 235 server. Could somebody please explain, what this message
means? I think, there is something wrong with the RAM? Is this correct?
