[PATCH] atyfb_base.c requires atyfb_cursor()

atyfb_base.c requires atyfb_cursor, but it is only available for linking
if CONFIG_FB_ATY_CT=y.
This patch moves the .o file to the CONFIG_FB_ATY rule.
