[RELEASE] megaraid 2.20.4.1 Driver

Hello All,

We are releasing megaraid 2.20.4.1 driver. This version fixes two issues -

1. Handle IOCTL command timeouts properly
2. Replace incorrectly introduced pci_dma_sync_{sg,single}_for_cpu with
correct pci_dma_sync_{sg,single}_for_device.

The patch below is generated against 2.6.10-rc1. The same patch is attached
to this mail as well.
