This patch is probably more appropriate for jgarzik to handle
than myself (if not already done so.) The same applies to any
other PCMCIA network driver patches.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Description: Use msleep() instead of Wait() to guarantee the task delays
as expected. Remove definition of Wait().
