[patch 4/13] Allow multiple programs to listen on the same port

From: Andreas Gruenbacher
Date: Sat Jan 22 2005 - 15:44:49 EST

The NFS and NFSACL programs run on the same RPC transport. This patch
adds support for this by converting svc_program into a chained list of
programs (server-side).
