[PATCH 2/8] Kconfig: cleanup bus options menu

From: Roman Zippel
Date: Sat Jan 29 2005 - 17:23:56 EST

This properly indents the bus options menu.
Merge the two MCA menu entries.
Remove unnecessary "default n" options.
