Grr, why doc...

UDP-Lite is SOCK_DGRAM, not SOCK_LDGRAM.
And, It is almost duplicate of UDP code.
I think it is much better to share code.
Please avoid cosmetic changes.

BTW, what's happened with checksum offloading?
