Shouldn't be ...&& ( (X86 && SMP) || (FVR || PPC32 || X86) && !SMP )  ?

and maybe 

EXPERIMENTAL && PM && SWAP && ( X86  || ((FVR || PPC32) && !SMP) ) 

is clearer?
