[PATCH] fix make clean damaging hg repos

Keep make clean from deleting files in .hg

Running 'make clean' was quietly deleting files in Mercurial kernel
repositories matching '.*.d', which was corrupting the tags portions
of the repository. Spotted and fixed by several people.
