[PATCH2 4/6] isicom: Pci probing added

Pci probing added

Pci probing functions added, most of functions rewrited because od it (some
for cycles are redundant).
Used PCI_DEVICE macro.

Generated in 2.6.14-rc2-mm2 kernel version
