2.6.15-rc5-mm2 does not boot on AMD64 with sata_sil

My dual AMD64 no longer boots with 2.6.15-rc5-mm2 because it can't
find its disks. 2.6.15-rc5-gitX works fine. Boot logs and lscpi
attached.

Interesting parts of the diff between vanillalog and mmlog (trying
pci=routeirq and pci=noacpi didn't help):
