[PATCH] fix cpu hotplug

From: Anton Blanchard
Date: Wed Feb 01 2006 - 21:28:23 EST

Hi,

CPU hotplug was broken by the __meminit changes. Avoid the madness of
creating a mem+cpu hotplug init attribute and just make them __devinit.

Anton
