So would deleting PG_checked and changing the PageChecked() macros to:

	#define PageChecked(page)		PageFsMisc((page))
	#define SetPageChecked(page)		SetPageFsMisc((page))
	#define ClearPageChecked(page)		ClearPageFsMisc((page))

be acceptable?  Or would you rather I replaced those too?
