IODATA GV-BCTV4/PCI

I can use IODATA GV-BCTV4/PCI by kernel 2.6.14,
but can't use same card by kernel 2.6.16 or later version.

I would like to use IODATA GV-BCTV4/PCI by kernel 2.6.16 or later version.
