[ANNOUNCE] kvm howto

I've just uploaded a HOWTO to http://kvm.sourceforge.net, including 
(hopefuly) everything needed to get kvm running.  Please take a look and 
comment.

BTW, we have the AMD port running with fairly impressive performance.
