Not usually. Might indicate something is going wrong in some really
rare cases. I think vendors are getting NCQ right these days. Maybe
it's time to remove that printk.

Hi,

It took 2 days before the error appeared, but here is full dmesg with
one accurance of the error and the debug output that your patch added,
