YOSHIFUJI Hideaki / åèèæ has suggested that I send the patch
below to fix the ftp stalls present in the current kernels.

All credit goes to Komuro <komurojun-mbn@xxxxxxxxx> for tracking
this down. The patch is untested but it looks *cough* obviously
correct.
