Join all-node multicast group after assignment of dev->ip6_ptr
because it must be assigned when ipv6_dev_mc_inc() is called.
This fixes Bug#7817, reported by <gernoth@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
