Exactly.  The "first" case emits a warning, the "second" case doesn't;
no matter what it is (though I only saw ALREADY_EXISTS).


When I added a warning to that case:

Presumably you've noticed this same thing (not necessarily pnp0/00:00)
on other systems ...
