No idea. I just left it as is.

Somewhat somewhat. 32-bit PCMCIA (CONFIG_CARDBUS) depends on PCI,
so with (ISA || PCI) you have probably everything minus
{sbus, mca, 16 bit pcmcia, other exotic parts}.
