[PATCH 12/25] xen: Add support for preemption

From: Jeremy Fitzhardinge
Date: Mon Apr 23 2007 - 19:16:22 EST

Add Xen support for preemption. This is mostly a cleanup of existing
preempt_enable/disable calls, or just comments to explain the current
usage.
